Who are we?

Lisa Woodley and Vibul Imtarnasan have worked together in the Australian general insurance eBusiness sector for over 15 years. Lisa and Vibul have experience working with insurers, brokers as well as application vendors.

In the 1990’s, Lisa and Vibul founded a company that provided eBusiness solutions to enable general insurance brokers to place risk and manage policies in real time with their insurers. In early 2000, the company was sold to a major Australian telecommunications company.

Working as part of this major Australian telecommunications company, Lisa and Vibul grew their start-up company to become a major eBusiness solutions vendor within Australian general insurance industry. The solution now enables over 800 insurance intermediaries to electronically transact over 3 million transactions and $1.5b premium annually with the leading Australian General insurers.

The solution was awarded the 2004 Australian and New Zealand Insurance Industry award for Technology Innovation of the Year. It was also a finalist in the 2002 AIIA/Financial Review iAwards for eBusiness and Internet.
